Megan Calhoun - Director of Estimating
Over the past 16 years in Construction (13 with Clark), Megan has held numerous positions with Clark across the country. Currently, in her Director of Estimating role she is responsible for all estimating efforts in Southern California. Megan earned her M.S. degree in Management Science and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. Megan is a LEED Accredited Professional


Tom Farrar - Senior Project manager on ARTIC
Over the past 37 years in Construction (7 of which with Clark), Tom has led a wide range of successful projects - including ARTIC and the Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse in Long Beach. Tom has an M.S. degree from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, he has earned his Lean Enterprise Certificate from SDSU.


Adam Sullivan - Senior Superintendent on ARTIC
Over the past 22 years in Construction (13 with Clark), Adam has led the field efforts on notable projects in Southern California, including ARTIC and LAUSD Valley Region Middle School in Los Angeles. Adam has a B.A. in History from Virginia Tech and has earned his Lean Enterprise Certificate from SDSU. Adam is a LEED Accredited Professional and a CCHEST Safety Trained Supervisor.

In particular the presentation will focus on:
How this complicate project was estimated via hard bid . . . twice.
How the steel and ETFE roof were constructed to within 5 mm
How two tunnels were installed beneath active double rail tracks.
