Who I am?
Jose Galaviz, Cal Poly Pomona – Management & Human Resources
Started in Demolition since birth, my father took me on job since I was probably 4 or 5. Whenever safe that is, typically when he was rough grading the property on a Saturday or Sunday. I’ve been working full time since 1998, so at least 20 years.
From Laborer, Supervisor, Estimator, Project Manager, Office Manager, Business Development, not even sure what my title is but I’m in Management. I’ve been a part of 2 implosions, multiple story building demolition, military housing demolition projects, tower demolition, mall improvements, public and private school projects and hospital demolition projects.
I am a member of NDA, NACIS, US Green Building Council, Founding member of the So Cal Pacers Marathon Training Group, Freshwater & Saltwater Fisherman.
