Ron Svarc has over 42 years of construction estimating and management experience in all types of residential, public, government, and commercial construction technology ranging from $7,000 to $364,000,000. Before Estimating, Ron spent five years in the NFL as a Place - kicker/Punter with four different teams.

Ron's first job in construction was a laborer for MH Golden in San Diego while still with the San Diego Chargers and has been in construction ever since. Ron held construction positions of Laborer, Carpenter Helper, Concrete Laborer/Finisher, Equipment Operator, Installer, Superintendent, Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, Construction Manager and Chief Estimator. Ron joined ASPE in Sept ember of 1978, while estimating for Ganahl Architectural Mill.

He has attended over 8 ASPE Convention/Seminars and taught at one. Ron has background and experience in forensic analysis and expert witnessing and also the cost of repairs associated with reme diation of construction defects. With Accurate Consultant Services, LLC, (2008-Present), Ron has prepared estimates for fire damage repair, commercial office buildings, residential homes, aircraft hangers for the Government, Tom Bradley West Terminal for City of Los Angeles, ($6 billion), Port of Long Beach, residential new buildings and Commercial remodels and he has provided over 50 TI Change Order reviews for Government buildings in the San Francisco/Oakland area.
