Agenda Steve Murow has spent 40 years in the Land Development and Construction Industry. He has been estimating earthwork, site improvements, both private and public works projects as a general engineering contractor, consultant and expert witness. Steve has estimated or supervised the estimating of over 1,500 projects resulting in award of over 250 contracts throughout his first 20 years. As a consultant he has estimated or supervised over 1,000 land development projects throughout California. As an expert witness, Steve has been retained on over 300 matters involving earthwork and site work. He is the past National President of the Forensic Expert Witness Association, past President of the FEWA-OC chapter, past President of ASPE-OC, and the Founder and Chairman of MUROW|CM. Steve is eager to share his experience in the Expert Witness and Litigation field and discuss how cost estimators make the best expert witnesses.
